Her kommer statistikken på søknader sendt inn til de nye PPP-temaene (Public-Private Partnership) i Call 5.

Tidsplan for Evaluering av søknader i ICT Call 5

Til tross for utsettelsen av søknadsfristen går evalueringen av søknadene som planlagt og beskrevet i "Guide for applicants":

Evaluation of proposals: December 2009-January 2010

Evaluation Summary Reports sent to all proposal coordinators: Mid-February 2010

Invitation letter to successful applicants to launch negotiations with Commission services: End-February 2010

Letters to unsuccessful applicants: End-February 2010

Signature of first grant agreements: May 2010

ICT Call 5 avsluttet

Som nevnt ble fristen for 5.utlysning i ICT-særprogrammet (ICT Call 5) utsatt med 24 timer. Dette på grunnav en feil i EPSS i morgentimene den 26.10.

Call 5 ble da altså avsluttet den 27.10. kl.17:00. Det ble sendt inn hele 1434 søknader som konkurrerer om et budjsett på rundt 732 milioner Euro. Til sammenligning: I Call 4, med et budsjett på 801 millioner Euro, ble det sendt inn 1267 søknader.

ICT Call 5 Søknadsfrist er blitt utsatt i 24 timer!

På grunn av en teknisk feil i Kommisjonens Electronic Proposal Submission System (EPSS) i morges er søknadsfristen i ICT Call 5 blitt utsatt til i morgen, tirsdag 27. oktober, kl.17:00 norsk tid.

Likevel anbefales det ikke å vente med innsendingen til i morgen kl.16:59...

New Third Country Guide from the EU Commission

Experience with the first calls in FP7 shows that the administrative and legal aspects related to the participation of organisations from third countries are often a particular challenge for consortia, and can lead to significant delays in grant negotiations. The Commission has therefore prepared a quick guide that focuses on the cooperation with third country participants in the 7^th Framework Programme. The guide was prepared to assist you and the future consortia in submitting proposals and to speed up the negotiation process.
