Budapest proposers day update

ICT Proposers Day is around the corner (22 Jan), so I would like to provide you with an update on developments & new features of the website, and encourage you to inform your ICT constituency of what is available. The number of registered participants is steadily growing, close to 700 as of today – we hope, with your cooperation, to increase this significantly in the coming weeks.The EC has added further useful features & information on the website (http://ec.europa.eu/ictproposersday):

§         Draft programme overview, including side events soon – see summary attached (FET, ICT for participatory governance, Artemis, Idealist Evaluator Workshop)

ICT Work Programme 2009-2010 (Versjon 08-10-08 - Vedtatt av ICT komiteen 22.10)

Arbeidsprogrammet for 2009-2010 er nå vedtatt av ICT komiteen. Det er små endringer fra septemberversjonen. Verdt å merke seg er en garantert minsteandel av budsjettet (også) til STREPs på de områdene der IP-er benyttes. Utlysning av Call 5 er utsatt til 31 juli med søknadsfrist 3 november 2009.

Alle temaområdene i ICT programmet tilbyr en 'pre-proposal check service'. Tjenesten er åpen frem til 3 uker før søknadsfristen. Tjenesten er fullstendig uavhengig av søknadsevalueringen. Tjenesten kan med fordel benyttes allerede på et tidlig stadium i søknadsutviklingen.

ICT Proposers Day - Budapest 22.01.09

Kommisjonen planlegger ikke å avholde noen informasjonsdager i Brussel om Calls 4 og 5 – disse vil inngå i arrangementet i Budapest den 22.01.09 i stedet, i tillegg til nettverkssesjonene og presentasjonene på ICT-konferansen i Lyon i november.

Norske IKT-miljøer med gode kontakter i Øst-Europa, eller ambisjoner om å utvikle slike, bør særlig vurdere å delta. Også miljøer som hadde til hensikt å delta på orienteringsmøtene om nye Calls som vanligvis er blitt avholdt i Brussel, bør forholde seg til at disse denne gang avholdes i Lyon og Budapest i stedet.
